Our Team


Eric Huyton

Eric started his career in theatre sound and lighting. He then attended short courses at the National Film & Television School before moving in to television where he has spent the last 30 years as a lighting cameraman working for major broadcasters and institutions around the world. He has travelled extensively, worked with international crews and is familiar with all formats from super16 film to 4K.

Eric has taught drama lighting and photography at the Bristol Old Vic Film School as well as master classes at The University of the West Of England, University of Bath, and Bristol.

Favourite Film: The Sheltering Sky and anything by The Coen Brothers


Louise Heren

Louise graduated with an MA in Scottish History from the University of St Andrews and then worked for Paramount Pictures where she gained experience in all aspects of film production. She then spent 18 years in the BBC Natural History Unit in Bristol as Senior Production Manager working on documentary and Blue Chip programmes. 

Louise is now a freelance Producer / Director and part time lecturer at The University of the West of England where she teaches on the MA in Wildlife Filmmaking course.

Louise is a published author and is currently studying for a PhD in Scottish History.
